Sole representative of Salamander profile windows in Estonia
We began manufacturing windows together with Europe's leading profile producer, Salamander Industrie-Produkte GmbH.
Investments in the production line
The introduction of a fully automated CNC-controlled window production line allows us to manufacture up to 450 windows a day.
Expansion of production to 6,000 m² of production space
As a result of extensive investment, we expanded our production space by 2,500 m².
ISO certification for quality and environmental management
ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certificates.
Adoption of new technology
Thanks to this, productivity rose and the company was able to manufacture 150 windows per shift.
The most modern window factory in the Baltics
We started operating in a new building designed specifically as a window factory, making it unique in the entire Baltic region.
Start of production
On 8 March 1995 the first window was completed.

Modern production
Plasto's production facility in Tallinn comprises 6,500 m² of modern production space. We use fully automated CNC-controlled production lines that ensure consistently high quality for every product.
Our products are based on the renowned Salamander and Schüco profile systems, which ensure durability, thermal insulation and an attractive appearance for years to come.
