Aknad – Plasto

Plasto produces high-quality PVC windows using world-leading manufacturers Salamander profile systems. Available are German-type inward-opening windows (tilt-and-turn, turn, tilt, bottom-hung) as well as Scandinavian-type outward-opening windows (side-hung 90°, pivot, top-swing, top-hung).

All windows have a single-frame construction. Micro-ventilation is standard on all tilt-and-turn models. Custom-shaped windows – arched, triangular, round, and trapezoidal – are available on special order with all profile systems.

PLASTO 82 AD and MD are profile systems with functional design and perfect proportions. It is a 6-chamber profile system with an installation depth of 82 mm.

PLASTO 76

PLASTO 76 profile system

A profile system with many different design options. It is a 5–7 chamber profile system with an installation depth of 76 mm. An environmentally friendly plastic window that suits facades and interiors. A wide range of different surface finishes – from classic design to striking surface finishes. Thanks to the different design options of the profile, a suitable solution can be found for both new buildings and renovation projects.

The profile system has been developed with sustainability in mind, utilising resource-saving solutions and innovative technology. The profile is characterised by a universal solution that combines modern design, excellent thermal insulation and durability. This versatile system is suitable for various architectural solutions and allows for the creation of energy-efficient and aesthetically pleasing windows.

76 AD is used for non-opening windows and less demanding opening windows, as the product has 2 seals.

76MD It is equipped with 3 seals. The centre seal profiles prevent air movement in the frame chamber, thereby significantly reducing heat loss. In addition to the centre seal in the hardware groove, the 76MD system also features a centre seal beneath the glazing unit, which significantly reduces the risk of condensation forming on the room-facing surface of the glazing unit.

PLASTO 76 KITSAS

Standard design window with minimal frame dimensions, ensuring maximum light. An ideal choice for the refurbishment of a historic building.

Windows with large opening sections cannot be produced with a narrow frame profile. The maximum frame (opening section) area is 1.2 m² maximum frame width 1100 mm. By observing the limits set for the product, we ensure quality and worry-free window longevity.

PLASTO 82 profile system

PLASTO 82 AD and MD are profile systems with functional design and perfect proportions, which ensure the room is filled with light and offer particularly good heat insulation due to their construction. This is a 6-chamber profile system with a profile depth of 82 mm and a Uf-value of 0.98, which indicates heat loss.

An innovative 6-chamber profile system which, thanks to its intelligent design, allows for the use of glazing units with maximum thermal insulation (up to 52 mm). Particular attention has been paid to wind and water resistance. A high-tech sealing system and profile reinforcements ensure trouble-free use of the products even over a very long period. All components of the profile system are 100% recyclable.
